Plastic, cosmetic & reconstructive surgery · Tirupati
Care that begins with listening.
At Ayathi, Dr. Swathi Gagannatham takes time to understand what you would like to change — and whether treatment is right for you — before recommending anything.
Treatments
Where would you like to begin?
Choose the area closest to your concern. Each page explains what the treatment involves, who it may suit, and what to ask at consultation.
Body, breast & face
Cosmetic surgery
Surgical procedures to change shape or proportion, planned around your own goals and what your body allows.
Skin & hair
Aesthetic & non-surgical care
Treatments for hair loss, unwanted hair, acne scars and signs of ageing — chosen after a careful look at the cause.
Injury & repair
Reconstructive surgery
Repair after burns, injuries and benign growths, with attention to function as well as how the skin heals.
Your surgeon
Your consultation is with Dr. Swathi Gagannatham.
Dr. Swathi Gagannatham is the plastic & cosmetic surgeon who leads Ayathi. Every consultation is a conversation: what concerns you, what you hope for, and an honest view of what treatment can and cannot do.
- Honest suitability
- Some concerns are better treated differently, or not at all. You will hear that plainly.
- Risks before decisions
- Every procedure has risks and limits. They are explained before you choose, not after.
- Form and function
- Cosmetic, aesthetic and reconstructive care sit side by side, so the aim is always a result that works as well as it looks.

Questions
Before you visit.
Does sending a WhatsApp message book my appointment?
Not on its own. Messaging the clinic starts the conversation; your appointment is booked once the clinic replies and confirms a time with you.
What should I bring to my first consultation?
A list of the medicines and supplements you take, any previous reports, scans or prescriptions related to your concern, and the questions you would like answered. It can help to write down what you hope to change.
How do I know if a treatment is right for me?
Suitability depends on your health, the cause of your concern and what you hope to achieve. That is exactly what the consultation is for — the website can explain the options, but only an examination can tell you which, if any, fits you.
I have a new burn or a deep cut. What should I do?
Go to the nearest hospital emergency department first, especially for heavy bleeding, large burns, or injuries to the head or eye. Once you are safe, you can contact the clinic about reconstructive care and scar management.
